Cutest Swimsuits for Spring 2021

It’s just about swimsuit season, and the cutest suits are popping up everywhere! I have seen so many beautiful colors, patterns, and even textures this year, and I am here for it!

I grew up always owning just one swimsuit; when you grow out of it, you get another…it makes sense for kids, right? But I operated under the impression that one swimsuit is generally the rule, until I went on a beach camping trip with friends at 22 years old, and they all brought a swimsuit for each day. Haha! Needless to say, I was very self-conscious slipping back into the same old, damp bathing suit the next day when everyone else donned their dry, day 2 suits. I think I made up my mind then and there that I was going to be like everyone else in the world and have more than one swimsuit.

I’ve collected a few now over the years, even venturing into the 2 piece swimsuit territory, which is new ground for me. I find I gravitate toward solids and stripes, generally, and I absolutely LOVE a good texture on my suit. A textured suit always has more of a vintage-vibe to me… a little throwback to the thick textured swimsuits of the 1930’s and 50’s.
