OMNI MOUNT WASHINGTON RESORT

Thanks to the Omni Mount Washington Resort for the stay | A bit of a dream came true for me recently. If you have followed me on Instagram, once in a while you will probably recognize on my stories the beautiful porch and red roof of the Omni Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, NH. I have been many times to spend an hour, an afternoon, a day…but never had the chance to stay overnight. That dream came true a couple weeks ago when I was invited up by the Resort for a two night stay!

I could not have been more honored to be able to stay at this beautiful, historic hotel; deep in the heart of the White Mountains. After closing for a period of time, due to Covid, they have reopened, and it is better than ever! For the past year that have been working away, building a new wing, refreshing the main dining room, and constructing a beautiful lodge at the top of the Bretton Woods ski resort just across the road.

I wasn’t sure what to expect staying at a hotel during Covid, but the staff at the Omni has take the upmost care to make sure everyone feels safe and relaxed. From the hand sanitizer stations across the main floor, to the masks provided in each guest room, and the copious amounts of relaxing seating on the porch; we really felt safe and secure staying there.

The Omni Mount Washington is a true resort. It boasts a beautiful golf course in the shadow of Mt. Washington, the most relaxing spa, a pool, arcade, and several dining options. Once you are there, you feel as though you have truly gotten away, and there is no reason to even leave the property, as it has everything and more that you would ever need for a great vacay!

While there, we were able to enjoying these amenities first hand. We went horseback riding at the stables on the property. My horse’s name was Kodak, and he was the calmest horse I have ever been on in my life. I also had a hot stone massage at the spa, which was the most relaxing massage ever! We even got a sneak peak tour of the Rosewood Lodge across the street and just up the new 8-person gondola at the ski resort.

It was the most magical stay, and even though it was only 2 hours from home, we felt as though we had truly gotten away. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, out in the mountains, but totally luxurious, look no further than the Omni Mount Washington! We had a splendid time, and I cannot wait to go back again.
